How we use information We use information to operate agent0, provide access-controlled property workflows, support VOW and MLS-related obligations, respond to demo and support requests, secure the service, monitor reliability, understand product usage, improve the platform, and communicate about access, onboarding, or policy changes. AI and MCP workflows When you use agent0 through an AI client or MCP workflow, your prompt, tool request, returned context, and related metadata may be processed to complete the requested workflow. Restricted property data should only be exposed through access-controlled paths appropriate to the user, workflow, and permissions. Sharing We may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, authentication and hosting providers, analytics and communications providers, professional advisors, regulators or law-enforcement bodies when required, and business successors if agent0 is reorganized or transferred. We do not sell personal information. Property data Listing and property information may come from third-party sources and may be subject to MLS, VOW, data-provider, brokerage, or partner terms. Property information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and may be restricted by access level. Retention We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal, security, audit, compliance, and VOW-related obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the nature of the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
