VOW Terms of Use Last updated: June 8, 2026 These VOW terms apply to access to restricted listing information through agent0. They supplement the general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable MLS, brokerage, data-provider, or beta terms. Eligibility and purpose VOW access is intended for users with a bona fide interest in real-estate information and for approved professional workflows. Access may require registration, authentication, terms acceptance, and continued compliance with applicable rules. Use of listing information Listing information may be used only for the permitted purpose and access level provided. You must not copy, scrape, resell, publish, mass download, redistribute, or expose restricted listing information except where expressly permitted. Accuracy Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Data may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, withdrawn, or restricted. Important decisions require independent verification with appropriate professionals and source records. No circumvention You must not attempt to bypass authentication, terms acceptance, field restrictions, address masking, eligibility checks, rate limits, audit logging, or any VOW or MLS-related protection. AI workflow restrictions When using agent0 through an AI client or MCP workflow, you are responsible for ensuring that restricted listing information is not shared outside permitted users, tools, workspaces, or purposes. Suspension agent0 may suspend or revoke VOW access if required by law, provider rules, security needs, compliance review, product limitations, or suspected misuse.
